今日は女性の社会進出についての文です。
TOPIC : Women's social advancement leads to economic growth.
These days, more and more women outside the home. I strongly believe that women's social advancement leads to economic growth.
Society spends a great deal of money on educating and training women. Unfortunately, though, in the past, even highly educated women tended to drop out of the workforce. This represents a great waste of resources. The more women work, the more they provide a return on this investment.
Another reason that women's advancement leads to economic growth is that it increases the financial independence of women. This independence encourages consumption, resulting in the development of new industries, such as spa businesses that cater to women.
The main obstacle to women's social advancement has been the very conservative business culture that can be seen even in some developed countries like Japan. Women tend to be less competitive and more cooperative than men. As more women enter the workplace, the business culture is being changed. Many women employees are finding new business opportunities that have remained invisible to men up until now.
As society become post-industrial, the kinds of talents and skills that women can provide are becoming more important for economic growth.

今日は、英検１級の英作文環境のトピックについてしました。
TOPIC : Should more be done to protect against natural disaster ?
Before a natural disaster occurs, people usually feel that such a thing will never happen to them. Looking back on disasters such as the Tohoku Earthquake, I firmly believe that we should have done more to protect ourselves against such possibilities.
The most important thing is to increase research funding so that scientists can become better at predicting and warning about natural disasters. Although,prediction is not easy, we should be able to get better at guessing when an earthquake or tsunami will occur after more research.
In this connection, more cooperation between industry and academia is essential. When flooding occurs, for example, the secondary damage caused by pollution from factories can affect a wide range of people. Academic researchers should consider these dangers share their knowledge with companies involved in potentially dangerous activities.
Finally, the importance of early warning of imminent disasters so as to allow evacuation of populations has become more and more clear. If early warning can be provided of an approaching tsunami or typhoon, this would save many lives.
For these reasons, more should be done to protect people from natural disasters. Recent experience tells us that although natural disasters cannot be completely avoided, far more can be done to protect people against their consequences.

社会人になるとなるべく休みの日にまとめて勉強しないとなかなか目標は達成できませんので、これからももっと勉強して英検１級を取ります！！
このブログが少しでもモチベーション維持に繋がればと思います。
Agree or disagree : Outsourcing contributes to the sustained development of the global economy.
Although outsourcing is often unpopular because of its short-term effects, it is actually beneficial for the world economy.
Outsourcing is a natural result of the gap between labor costs in one country and another. In this sense, outsourcing production or services to another country where they can be performed more cheaply is just another example of the efficient use of labor. Eventually, the labor that has been freed up by outsourcing will move to find work that is more profitable.
Outsourcing is also good for the global economy because it usually involves training the cheaper workforce in other countries to perform new tasks. For instance, millions of workers in China and India have acquired state-of-the art technology skills thanks to outsourcing.
Finally, outsourcing can be a form of technology transfer. When large companies build factories in developing countries, of course, they take their own advanced technology to use there. In time, local companies will begin to produce similar technology themselves, thus contributing to the development of their own economies.
For these reasons, outsourcing contributes to the development of the global economy. Moreover, as developing countries grow, they too will begin to outsource to even chipper countries, thus continuing the development even further.
英検１級の英作文の勉強をしていますが、合わせて語彙の勉強もしています。
TOEICだとビジネスに特化していますが、英検１級はもっと幅広いところから単語が出題されるので、合格できれば相当な自信がつきそうです。

今日も３連休前に英検１級の英作文を１題しました。
Agree or disagree : Electronic voting should be promoted.
As the internet has spread, it has started to be used for voting. I think that electronic voting should be promoted.
The first point to consider is the generation gap in voting. These days, fewer and fewer people don't go to voting places. So, most of participants in voting is elderly people. It is also important to have young generation's opinion for governor countries. Young people get used to use the internet. Consequently, electric voting will
encourage young people to take part in voting.
Another point is the voting rate in general. It takes long time to vote in the current voting system, for example,we should go to voting places and line up to vote. We usually have a lot of things to do. As a result, electric voting will help people easily to vote.
My final argument against electric voting is making easy to count the votes. In conventional polling, the votes need to be counted by hand and to be checked in the same way. This takes a great deal of time and energy. The system change would be more efficient.
In sum, for all these reasons, electric voting should be promoted.

今日も1題、英検１級に合格するために英作文をしました。
今日は、国際のトピックでした。
TOPIC : Will the world become more peaceful in the future ?
My opinion is that the world will definitely not become more peaceful in the future following the below three reasons.
The major reason for this is the continuing growth of the population, in particular in the developing countries. Now that population all over the world grows, resources such as water and land will be scarce. Because of the short supply of basic things, conflicts will more and more increase.
Another reason is that multinational companies monoply the world market, and they hire employees for little pay. As result, the gap between the rich and the poor will be bigger. This will create unstable social conditions where civil wars, rebellions and other kinds of conflict become more common.
Finally, acts of terrorism especially against wealthy countries are likely to increase. These countries take revenge against terrorists. It will never finish.
For these reasons, it is hard to be optimistic about peace in the future. To solve these problems, we should take mesures to gap between the poor and the rich and help people each other.
何かを始める事は簡単ですが、継続する事は本当に難しい事です。
しかし、それができる人が結局最後に残っていくんです。
人と同じ事をしていては、特別な価値は生まれません。
だから、多くの人ができない継続する事を大切に思い、１月の英検１級に備えます。
