Vol.15 英検１級 単語の勉強の重要性

今日は語学は単語力がどのくらいたいせつか書きたいと思います。
というのは、語学の勉強は60パーセント以上は単語力ではないかとある人が言っていたからです。

単語が分かれば、聞けるし、読めるし、話せるし、書ける。
そこに文法がわからないときは確認する、番組やラジオをみたりして勉強した単語が聞けるか確認する。

その繰り返しが結果として繋がり語学の向上につながると改めて認識しました。

だから、毎日沢山の記事を読み、ラジオをたくさん聞き、単語を勉強する。
さらに、語学の勉強➕情報を取り入れることを本やネットの記事等で継続していきたいと思います。

最近感じるのは、日本にいてもインターネットのおかげで無料で勉強することが可能になり、話したければ安い授業料で英語を話せる。暇な時間は、外国の映画を見る。1人で完結してしまう便利な世界に、留学の必要性はあるのかという疑問を感じてしまいます。旅行で十分では？

こんなに簡単になった語学の勉強は、専門としてするのではなく他のものと組み合わせて勉強したいものです。その相乗効果で飯が食える。例えば、タクシーの運転手が英語を勉強して外人を案内するなんかありですね。

趣味と仕事の境目をなくして働けるようになりたいです。

ツイッターでは色んな記事を読み、英語でコメントを残しアウトプットをしていきますので今後ともよろしくお願いします(^^)

皆さんもインプットばかりでなくツイッターやブログを使いアウトプットするのはどうでしょうか。良い復習になります。

もちろん外人の友達を日本で作ることもよいアウトプットになります。
Interpalsというサイトは結構外人と出会えます。

最近は、夜寝る前に下記の英検１級の単語を音読しています。

寝る前と朝は、覚えるのにとても適した時間です。

１月の英検１級に向けて残り３ヶ月を切りましたが、追い込みをかけたいと思います。

来月半ばから京都へ転勤となるので、英検１級に合格できれば通訳案内士も受験したいと意気込んでいます。

先ずは、英検の勉強記録を日記にしていきますので、参考にしてみてください。

合格して説得力のあるブログにしたいと思っています。

TOPIC : Does technology have a positive effect on environmental conservation ?

Technology goes not always have a positive effect on environmental conservation., but it can and should do so in the future.
One good example of this is the problem of deforestation. The recent rapid development of IT technology is fast making the traditional need for paper disappear. E-mail, for example, is rendering traditional mail obsolete. As a thirst for paper is one of the biggest causes of deforestation, a decline in its use will make it far easier to save the world's rain forests.
Technology can also help the environment by developing renewable
sources of energy. Solar power and wind power are being developed quickly today, and they are already helping to reduce the need to use fossil fuels.
The final point is that technology can help us to preserve biodiversity in a number of ways. One is that better computing allows us to record and me sure biodiversity. Furthermore, advances in biotechnology will allow human beings to preserve or even bring back species.
For all these reasons, technology can have a positive effect on conservation. Although technology has caused environmental problems in the past, in the future, it will allow us to solve those same problem

英検１級に合格すると、通訳案内士の１次試験が免除になるので頑張りたいです。

TOPIC : Do the benefits of designation as a World Heritage Site outweigh the disadvantages ?

I believe that being designated as a World Heritage Site is an excellent way to preserve important sites foe future generations. While being designated may have some negative side effects, the good far outweighs the bad.
Sites of great natural or historic value are an important part of a country's tradition. They can often become symbols of the country and increase the national pride among citizens if they are given World Heritage status. When tourists see beauty in these sites, locals often view them with new respect.
Becoming a World Heritage Site also brings important economic benefits. In many countries, governments struggle to pay for the preservation of historical monuments. Increases in tourism bring money and jobs, which in turn provide local governments with money to improve and protect the sites.
It is true that an increase in tourism can cause many problems for local communities. Some tourists litter, which can damage heritage sites. Additionally, the increased automobile traffic can cause air pollution problems. However, the fact of being listed increases the amount of environmental protection a community may receive.
In conclusion, for local communities, to have their cultural and natural treasures designated as World Heritage Sites is an important step for those places for generations to come.
